First Week Response- Arriving at FSU

Honestly I thought college was going to be so difficult for me to handle because i wasn't used to it. I thought my professors were going to be hard and i was going to have a difficult time adjusting to the class. I had my mind made up that I was going to make a B and higher in all my classes. We had a meeting last week before classes started with our counselors and they introduced us to some of the professors. When  they began to talk and say that we will fail their first exam and we will make an C on our first paper. I began to get scared and very sad because I will not allow myself to make bad grades. So on the first day of classes i was very happy to see that my Enc 1101 professor is actually nice, cool, and very helpful. Plus he is an graduate student, so that was a relief off of me. But then i got to my AFA 1003 class and i got that professor that said we will make an C on our first paper. I will try my best not to be one of those students. My last class is Algebra and my professor in that class is great also. So I can say I am relieved of the pressure that i felt last week til now.
