My Feelings
Today I feel exhausted and dull. I want to go back to the Residence halls and sleep a little longer. My eyes feel like they are going to shut any minute now. But I am keeping myself awake. I did go to bed a little early last night. I just don’t know why I’m feeling so drowsy. In some weeks I feel excited when Wednesday get here because that means we have only one more day of class , and I can sleep in on Friday’s. Right now my heads hurt very badly because I need to rest. But in the end I can manage all of my feelings today. I just have to take it one moment at a time. It is just another day for me once I get myself up and ready to move. Mornings aren’t for me. I do wake up early but if I had a choice I would rather wake up later on in the day.

Creative Non-fiction
Creative Non- fiction is when is a genre of writing that uses literary styles and techniques to create factually accurate narratives. The primary goal of Creative Non-fiction is to communicate information, but to shape it in a way that reads like fiction. I plan to fit this in my story by telling some things that happens in the world today. Many people have similar situations but they are handled or done a certain way. My plan is to focus on one crime and elaborate on it. Change how the detectives handled the situation or how the judge ruled the verdict. As you can see I am writing about real world cases that have to do with criminology.

End of week 4
Since i have been in this class i have learned a lot about essays and the style of writing. Since the first day of class i was so afraid to write an 6 to 8 page paper. I mean i have never gone over 5 pages. As i begin to write and understand the concept a little better it became clearer to me. It was like the words from flowing from my mind to my head, to my fingers. I began to fill up a page in less than thirty minutes. That was a big accomplishment for me because usually it talks me about that amount of time to write one paragraph. there are many techniques that have helped me along the way. the first one i would like to address is intricate details. before this technique my papers were plain and simple. Know that i am elaborating on the scenes and the characters is seems more realistic. I could actually picture myself being there.
Another technique i would like to mention is adding sounds and different things to my essays. Making the reader hear and see what i am talking about. Grasping these different things has helped my paper tremendously. Now that i have applied this to my work my paper three will be magnificent. It is going to feel like I'm the characters in the essay. I feel excited to write now. My mind is racing with differed vivid details to put into my paper. My heart is pondering because i cant get what i want to say typed quick enough before i come up with another idea. I now have an passion for writing. due to the different techniques I've learned. As you can see i have really grown from where i was on the first day of class to a soon to be great writer. I have to work on some more things to make it better, but it will get there in due time.

Forms of Art
To me art means something that is colorful, full of life, and enjoying. Any shape, form, or fashion could be called art. Many people paint, sing, make things, dance, write, read, and so own. Everyone can call what they do a form of art work. My art is dancing. I love the creativity that me and my cousins put forth to make a praise dance. But you can't just throw something together and thinks it's going to be perfect. Back home we have a trainer who trains our body to perform the moves we do. We have to sit there and imagine the dances and see how it would look before we add it to the routine. Dancing may not be considered as an art to most. but it is art. The same way you all came up with the ideas of what to draw and how to paint a picture is just the same as dancing. It all takes time and consideration.
Another type of art that i like doing is signing. Which i mentioned before.Singing is just like dancing only you are using your vocal cords instead of body movements. Just like going to dance rehearsal we have to go to choir rehearsal. Their our voices are trained and tuned to sing the notes we have to for each song. It takes more time to make sure a song sounds right then it takes to perfect a dance. As you can see i love these two forms of art. I am sure yours are like mine in many ways only they are created different.

The Watcher at the Gates
My watcher is very angry, mean and direct. If something is strongly on my mind and i begin to do it she appears up from no where. She lives in a tiny pin house control room inside my head. The pin house is blue, and red. With an black roof to signify darkness. Every time I began to write she takes me their so that i would change ,my mind. She is 5 feet tall with long black hair. Her eyes are brown and she has long rough long nails that breaks all the time. She eats sushi that is uncooked and raw. It gives me and headache every time I can sense she's about to eat.

7/12
If you were to come into my home town you would say we talk funny. Our common speech sounds like razors cutting through wood, and the vocabulary sounds like eels because of how they use the words. For example " ya'll better get over here now and eat this food". Or "we going over there where you at in a minute". Another example of my hometown language is " He is singing so good i'm bout to pass out right now". In each one of these sentences they all have something in common. Country, yes that's it my hometown is very country so we talk that way too.

Week 2 Character Description
My character name is Leprechaun. Most people are afraid of him, and some just fear him. The reason i chose him was because you can describe him in so many ways. He is about 4 feet tall and is very hard to miss. His skin is this burnt brown color. His face has these big lumps of rolls look like from the bottom of a frying pan. His hands are rough and bumpy. It's like rubbing on sediment. His finger nails are sharp and long, but also black. They are so sharp that they could cut through anything without even trying hard. His hair is this golden blond color, or you can say this reddish brown color. Also he have a little bit of curls in his hair. His beard is long and the same color as his hair. It looks like he have cow licks. Cow licks are when your hair line starts in the middle of you head. His eyes are normal but they can be deceitful. His lips are wrinkled and dry looking. His teeth are small and rotten. His gums are black and cut up looking. His voice sounds very squeaky and a little funny but you have to watch out for him. If you ever hear it near by i have only one word for you, RUN! He wears a money green hat with a black buckle around it. His shoes have a buckle on them, they are also black. Om the bottom of his shoes is a little hill. He wears a money green jacket with a split in the back. It looks like an tuxedo jacket. Underneath that is a plaid vest that he wears. The vest colors are green, red, and gold. The buttons on the vest are gold also. The pants he wear are like spandex but they stop right above his knees. The reason they do this is to show off his white and green tights that he wears underneath. He is standing there with his arms folded looking at his next victim. The person in front of him is trying to run away but he has no where to run. The Leprechaun is mean and very cruel. It doesn't want anything but his gold. It doesn't take much to piss him off. he is standing under a street light in the middle of the hood as they call it. The light is very bright but begins to go dim.

7/7 in Class Blog
In this picture you see this woman climbing to the top of the black, rocky looking mountain. The sky has three beautiful shade of colors. You can see the sky blue at the top, then beneath you see the white misty clouds, and beneath that you see the sun shining looking orange and yellow misted together. The water that you see has a midnight blue color even though when it's daylight it looks turquoise. This picture relates to my paper because know matter how hard people tried to bring me down or the obstacles that came my way i knew success and greater things were in stored for me.

End of Week 1 Post
These three female writers are alike and different in many ways. They also have the same passion and that is writing. Laurie Moore's work is celebrated for it's humor. The reason she uses humor is because she loves to hear silly things. So most of her characters in her writings say many silly things from time to time. She also uses persona's in her writings. A persona is a character that is similar to the author but not identical. In her essay she i love the way she uses different senoras to get her message across. For example, the one about babysitting story, my high school English class, or even a child psychology major. Anne Lamott's believes that you should tell the truth in your writings when you are a new student. But some students don't know where to start. She says you should always start with your childhood. Her advice helped me because that is where I begin on my first draft and it helped me a lot. Moore's and Lamott's writing are similar because they both use humor in there writings. I love reading humorous things in many stories. So i took their advice, adding humor to my writing will make it better than it already is. Gail Godwin loves Greek shapes or nice neat conclusions in her writings. Lamott's and Godwin are similar because they both believe that you should use personal experiences when during a first paper. I say they suggest this because you can write a lot and it will sound real if it comes from your own life experiences. Godwin also believes in Watchers that is hoe she came up with the Watchers Gate. All three of these authors are similar all together because they all believe that the first draft are good but the second and third drafts are great. You couldn't get an better story. Each one of there essays expired me in different ways. The advice that each one gave helped me tremendously to write my next draft. Personally the one i like the most is Lorrie Moore "How to Become a Writer" this helped me to start thinking about how my writing is and ways i can change it to really expire others. Then reading Anne Lamott's essay helped me revise my second draft to have less mistakes and more. Doing this really helped me see really how these essays are alike and different. Now i can take their advice and use it in my own work. So that one day i can be just like them and have one of my essays or my advice published.
